"Rafe always taught us to be thoughtful - that when you give, sometimes you will receive in return, but if you don't, at least you gave. And he reminded us to acknowledge the ones we love."

Feeding The Homeless

Every December 24th, the Hobart Shakespeareans come from all over the nation to feed the homeless. The children sing, play, and bring comfort and joy to people less fortunate than they. It is the ultimate reunion, as children as young as nine work side by side with college students.

They all have one thing in common: they are Hobart Shakespeareans and work hard to make the world a better place.

Servers bring comfort and joy

During the year, whenever Hobart Shakespeareans part ways, the children always say goodbye to old friends with the words, "See you the 24th."
