Yosemite National Park

For a week of June 2012, The Hobart Shakespeareans followed John Muir's advice and hiked all over Yosemite National Park.

The kids spent most of their evenings in a glorious cabin, but were up early hiking and climbing waterfalls. They also experienced the Giant Sequoias and even made it to the High Country of Tuolumne Meadows. There was also time for a Moonlight Special Train Trip on the Sugar Pine Railroad.

For most of the children, it was the first time they had ever breathed fresh air. Hopefully there will be many such adventures in their future.

Thanks to all our friends for making it possible.
